Once you book, we’ll review your request and confirm the time via text or phone.
If we need more info — like photos or access details — we’ll reach out. You’ll also get a reminder the day before your appointment. We show up on time and ready to get the job done or give you a solid quote. Simple as that.
For estimates or indoor work, yes — we’ll need someone present to walk through the project.
If it’s an outdoor job (like a cleanup or exterior paint touch-up), we may be able to proceed without you as long as we have clear instructions and access. Just let us know in the booking form.
